Terms and Conditions

Placing orders
Submission of the order form indicates your wish to purchase the item(s). Otherwise, please state “INTERESTED” in the case of queries.Item(s) not paid within the given timeframe of 24hours will be open to the next customer.Dead buyers will be blacklisted from our website and will be reconsidered during future purchases.

Loss of package
We will not be responsible for any package(s) lost if the customer opts for normal postage.

Defect and Refund policy
We will only refund or exchange any item(s) that are of defect(s) that are mailed to us within 7 days after the item(s) is mailed out from us. Customers should ensure items mailed back are packed and sealed securely. We will not be responsible for lost mails. Item(s) that are deemed to be defected by us, will be exchanged or replaced by any item of the same value. Full refund will be given out if that particular item is out of stock at the point of post-delivery.

Other than the above mentioned, Blankdot will strictly not entertain any forms of refunds.
